I was literally at school today until 9:00 pm. Meaning I was there for 13 hours. For in-service and then getting my classroom together. WOW. That is a seriously long time. Just imagine how much worse shape I’d be in if I hadn’t started working in there back in July. SERIOUSLY.
So far I only have 16 students in my class! This is awesome!! I’m sure I’ll get a couple more at some point, but that is still really low! Whoo!
My brain is going crazy right now.
School starts a week from today! I can’t believe it; it’s so weird.
“Meet the Teacher” is Thursday night, so I’ll get to meet most of my students and their parents before Monday. That also means my classroom has to look pretty good by Thursday at 5:00. WOW.
I am seriously overwhelmed. And seriously exhausted.
Next year around this time is going to be such a relief. Wish me luck!!!
