3 and 1/2 days of school left…

…which is a good thing, as we wouldn’t want me to hurt a young child.  and trust me–these children need spanking.  or a slap in the face.  or both.  what is UP with parents these days?  the problem began when they started believing a child over a teacher.  one thing they never thought of is why i would go to the trouble to LIE to a parent.  is it just me, or do i have way more important things to do than to make up shit about your child?  right.

went to see the SEX AND THE CITY movie tonight!!!  LOVED IT.  freaking love that show, and the movie didn’t disappoint.  ah.  i wished i had been there with bestfriendk, because it’s totally OUR show, but my mom happened to get some free tickets, so i went with her.  it was fun, but she doesn’t watch the show, so it’s a much different experience for her than me, a freaking psycho fan who has most of the episodes memorized and can relate every situation in life to an episode of sex and the city.  =)

22 days till wedding.  wowzers.  i am so freaking exhausted.  my students are like feral children, and i’m now using my favorite acronym (teaching profession is inundated with useless acronyms, and we like to make up our own to talk about kids in private) much more frequently:  R.B.W. (raised by wolves).  that one and O.D. (odd duck), but the OD’s are much more common than the RBW’s.  =)  until the end of the school year, when they all seem to have been RBW.

C won’t leave me alone right now and keeps asking what i’m writing.  why is he annoying me?  he just read that.  lol.  now he’s going to play radiohead on his guitar much more loudly because he knows i hate it and likes to annoy me.  =)

we move into our house a week from sunday.  i am so frigging excited i can’t stand it.  i bought a new float for our pool tonight.  =)

gotta get some sleep.  thank GOD it’s friday.  can i get a what-what?

  1. As acronyms go PITA is totally useful (Pain In The Ass) because no matter how old they are, your own children don’t get it.

    I can’t wait to see pictures of your new house. Also pictures of you in your wedding gown. Because I am a dork like that.
